DIRECTIONS TO
REHAB UNITED
Come and learn about the club, have your questions answered, meet
the coaches, meet previous runner, etc.
WHAT IF I CAN'T BE THERE?
No worries. We will not be passing out official club packet
material, so there won't be anything of substance missed (there also
nothing for me to email you.) Much of the meeting will
be covering a lot of the FAQ's so have a look
there.
However, we will be having a "make-up" session at 5:15pm on
Tuesday, 10/28 at De Anza Cove, where our First Group Run will be
held. If you cannot make it Thursday, then come out on
Tuesday!
If you are already a signed up member, then you will be
receiving emails from the coaches starting this weekend with
information, including Members Only website access, etc.
HOLD OFF ON BUYING YOUR SHOES!!!
We will also be having a Shoe Fit Clinic and Presentation
by the San Diego
Running Institute
SHOES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT "TOOL" IN YOUR TRAINING BAG.
GET FIT BY THE PROS.
SDRI seeks to utilize the most current available scientific
research pertaining to gait analysis, foot and ankle biomechanics,
and running related injuries to put runners and walkers alike into
the best possible shoe specifically for the individual.
