Welcome to the VAVi Running Club website. As stated in the Frequently Asked Questions, the member access for the site works a bit differently than the regular VAVi website.  Your VAVi username & passoword will NOT work here. 

If you are already signed up and approved (see below), then you should have received an email with the Website Login information. If so, then you can access the members only section of the website now:

Membership Approval

Thank you for joining the club! There is a process on what happens when you join the club.

  1. Join the club through the GoVAVi website. This is done online, via credit card and automatically. You will receive a confirmation and receipt message from VAVi
  2. We then manually process the registrations, every day or so beginning a few weeks before we start, and through the "Test Drive" portion, all the way up until we close registration. We will start to manually process the registrations the week leading up to the start of the club.
  3. Once processed, You will receive a handful of IMPORTANT emails directly from the coaches on what to expect, the group schedule/calendar and some other important information.
  4. Within a day or so of sending the direct emails, You will then be Invited to join the Google Group system for which you will receive an Email Invitation to join the club. You MUST accept this invitation. (Click the links in the email and follow the directions.) (As of 7/2011 - you must receive and accept this invitation. We can no longer automatically add you. Booooo Google Groups!!!)
